Aerial Essentials Workshop
Explore the evolution of Yoga and Fitness in 3 Dimensional space. You will be introduced and guided through the basics of the practice in a safe supportive environment. This body/mind/spirit class provides a safe introduction to aerial yoga sequences and techniques, giving you a strong foundation before participating in other aerial classes.
***T-Shirt or long sleeves and Socks or grippy socks, MUST be worn. 3/4 or full length non slippy pants. No jewellery or perfume. Arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class start or you will be refused entry or your spot may be given away.
