Yoga: RECOVERY
Nurture your inner athlete. Uniquely designed for MISSION, this is a 50-minute class that focuses on stretching and elongating your hard-worked muscles from our Cycle and Strength programs. Yoga Therapy Balls and other props are used to give you the deepest stretch possible. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
