TOTAL BODY FUSION
This 50-minute TOTAL BODY class is designed to build and sculpt while also challenging your muscular endurance and improve balance. This class combines the best of traditional strength exercises, Barre/Pilates-based work, and some basic yoga principles, for an intense class from start to finish. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
Cardio Level: Moderate
Sneakers optional. Please carry your sneakers in, do not wear them.
