Strength: RECOVERY
This full body 50-minute class is designed to release, tone, elongate, and challenge your muscles from head to toe, it is truly ACTIVE recovery. Foam rolling and band work lengthen, reshape and encourage myofascial release increasing the flexibility and mobility of your muscles. Foam rolling and myofascial release decreases next day soreness, aids in injury prevention, enhances movement patterns, and optimizes body mechanics. Each muscle group will be challenged to fatigue and then rolled out and released on the mat. Because RECOVERY is a vital part of a high-performance life.

*Room is heat to 80 degrees and class is done barefoot
