Strength: CIRCUIT
A class designed to push you and your teammates together in high-intensity, cardio-based circuit work. Working through stations for full-body conditioning, and utilizing equipment from the full gamut of MISSION STRENGTH classes, you will build power, endurance and agility through explosive functional athletic training. This class is 50 minutes.

*Cardio Level: Heavy

*Sneakers required. Please carry your sneakers, do not wear them into the studio.
