NEXT LEVEL SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training offers the best of both worlds at MISSION. Combine the team aspect of performance training with greater one-on-one attention from your coach. Take your mobility, core strength, and calorie burn to the NEXT LEVEL with exclusive props, focused circuits, and increased time on form and transitions. Sessions are 50 minutes with a 5-person max, and can be purchased as individual sessions or as packs. Packs can be shared with other badasses.
 
*Sneakers are required. Please carry your sneakers into the studio, do not wear them in.
