MISSION's newest Strength class. 50 minutes of AMRAP-based total body movements. A constantly changing combination of UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY and CORE sequences with our classic end of class push that will take you to your edge. Expect heavier weights, standing and mat-based movements, interspersed with HIIT sequences. 

Cardio Level: Heavy
