A free 30 minute introduction to LIFT and the FITBENCH! Don't be intimidated :) If you are new to Strength classes and are ready to take the plunge, join us for a hands on intro class to get you ready for your first LIFT class!!
Welcome to LIFT, MISSION's newest Strength program. Utilizing our custom FITBENCH equipment, this 50-minute workout will take your full body training to the next level. Providing our coaches and our athletes with more options in programming, heavier weight, and inversion capacity, the FITBENCH is the perfect high-level training tool for our signature HILIT (high-intensity, low-impact) classes. As you continue to grow and need more, it is our MISSION to meet you there.
*Please bring your clean sneakers in with you, do not wear them to the studio.
