Get ready to challenge your whole body in this express style class! Use the BOSU Ball while doing cardio drills & strength training exercises to improve your balance & challenge your core. This is the ultimate 45-minute workout for individuals looking to push out of their comfort zone and break through those plateaus. This class is an intermediate/advanced workout, but can be modified for all levels.
 
*Sneakers recommended. Please carry your sneakers into the studio, do not wear them in.
