Strength Performance
For Youth ages 12+, this class follows structured training principles employed by top strength coaches across the country. Our programming will take athletes through a monthly transition between volume, strength, and power training to ensure continued progress and success. However, in order to determine whether or not your programming is generating the desired results there must be consistency and measurable data. Our program is a perfect marriage between these two ideals and provides the client with measurable results that can be monitored over time through a well-though-out and structured program design.
