OUTDOOR Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means a breath-initiated and synchronized movement yoga practice based on the performance of a series of postures called Sun Salutations. A Vinyasa or flow class will typically start with a number of Sun Salutations to warm up the body for more intense stretching later. The Vinyasa sequence will vary from class to class as well as the level of options and total duration of the class. This Vinyasa Open practice will include the setting of an elevated intention, breath awareness, standing postures, balancing series, back bends, twists, forward bends and seated postures, inversions, and final relaxation. Class may also include some chanting, music, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, and meditation. This class is suitable to all-levels with options for beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners alike.
