OUTDOOR Strong Fury
Certified Trainers will guide you through a fast-paced workout sessions that will move you in multiple directions, increasing your strength and stamina! This interval-based session will combine high intensity exercises utilizing ropes, balls, rowers, bikes, and/or boxes, with strength-based exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells and/or barbells. Each session will be different, creative and Kick Butt FUN!
Exercises can be varied/modified to fit all levels.
