OUTDOOR Mat Pilates
Pilates takes a balanced approach to strength & flexibility training so that no muscle group is overworked and that the body moves as an efficient system in sport and daily activities. In the Mat class, we will start with the fundamentals & learn the basic series of exercises upon which the Pilates method is built. There is emphasis on abdominal strengthening and stability. All levels welcome.
