This class will take place via Zoom.  You will receive a link approximately 15 minutes before the class begins.
This class will be slow paced, gentle and a great introduction to basic poses, breathing exercise and active meditation. Hatha in style, students will take advantage of the opportunity to hold poses focusing on proper alignment. In yoga, the word alignment is used to describe the precise way in which your body should be positioned in each pose in order to obtain the maximum benefits and avoid injury. Options and modifications will be given making this class adaptable and well suited for all levels.
