This class will take place via Zoom.  You will receive a link approximately 15 minutes before class.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. GRIT CARDIO, ATHLETIC and PLYO use a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. A bench may also be used, combining explosive jumping exercises with agility training to make you perform like an athlete.
