Rhythmic Pilates
Rhythm pilates is a unique approach which recalibrates the systems of the body by nurturing the imbalances through rocking and control principles supported with technical insight.

Creating small rhythmic movements from different angles, slightly unorthodox but safe.

We build rhythm in the body directing our focus and concentration to "rewrite" old memory in the affected areas. The purpose is to achieve maximum mobility and longevity.
