BLACKOUT
Imploring the scientific principles of HIIT, this class combines the proven effectiveness of HIIT with bodyweight exercises. This vibrant, endurance-focused class is meticulously designed to elevate heart rates, maximize caloric expenditure, and promote lean muscle gain using only participants' body weight.
 
A high-energy, endurance-focused class amps up the intensity by combining light props with continuous movement. Balance and strength exercises bump up the calorie-burning effects while clients are led through flowing, choreographed sequences aimed at keeping the heart rate elevated. For good measure, elements of athletic conditioning will be added to provide a full-body, energy-driven workout that amplifies the results.
