Traditional yoga meets HIIT. Starts with a fluid yoga flow to warm you up, then we add weights to build strength and stamina through high intensity cardio based flows. All cardio based flows are followed by slow flow stretches to remove tension, which offers the perfect combination of cardio, strength, and mobility. This class is guaranteed to tone and sculpt your whole body from head to toe, while also focusing on the mind and body connection that we traditionally get from yoga.
