Power Flow Yoga
You will feel grounded and energized after this Vinyasa Yoga class. There will be emphasis placed on breath to movement, transitioning from one pose to the next, creating meditative practice. Sweat, and move to the music, get your heart rate up and end in deep relaxation (savasana). This class is good for all levels to build flexibility and strength or for an active recovery.
