Pilates Sculpt
A high-intensity 45 minute full body session that sculpts and tones your entire body. You will strengthen muscles with weights, raise your heart rate with cardio bursts, and define core, arms and legs through traditional Pilates body weight movements. Class will begin and end with a short meditative session to restore your mind and body.
