NAMASWEAT + BUBBLY
The team at FR invites you to meet our newest trainer, Lauren McHale. Come check out this upcomming workout+hangout: NAMASWEAT+BUBBLY!
 
Lauren has been developing her signature class since 2017, when her cycling clients expressed that they needed help cross-training and recovery. NAMASWEAT combines Yoga for Athletes with bodyweight strength training to help you strike a balance between hard work and self-care. This one hour class is designed for all fitness levels and the goal is to help you feel strong, supported, and empowered. 
 
Hang out after for some bubbly and we can get to know each other and Lauren can answer any questions you may have about working with her one-on-one through personal training!
