Mindfulness Workshop
Take a break from the holiday hustle and bustle and give yourself the gift of peace of mind and relaxation!
This mindfulness workshop includes interactive activities on how to practice mindfulness on a daily basis, and ends with a relaxing Yoga Nidra session.
 

When: Friday, December 13 from 6:30-8:00pm
Where: Barre room 
Facilitator: Marianna Giokas from Zen Den Wellness
Cost: Free for Fitness Rangers Members. $20 for non members
What to bring: a yoga mat and water bottle
