Kettlebell Rx
KB Rx Course is designed to develop the proper mechanics, form, function and range of motion for KB. In almost all avenues/classes of fitness we use KBs. This course will develop the proper form for all functions of KB use which can be applied in other classes. One of the main benefits is the development of the “hip hinge”. This will help you in other lifts, and classes but also strengthen the posterior chain which will lead to stronger glutes, hamstrings and posture overall.
