Pilates Mat with a twist! Includes a mid-class mist, ice-water shots, a cold towel and a dip in the pool!  Participants are welcome to relax poolside post class with food and bevies from the bar.

Begin with body centering breath-work and then move into this low-impact, high-energy Pilates workout!

 

Focus on strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. Work to balance all muscle groups with an emphasis on challenging the core with each movement. Sweat to great music, lengthen and sculpt your body and  feel increased mobility all day long! All levels welcome.
