Pilates Reformer | Level 2
Pilates Reformer Level 2 incorporates advanced level exercises. The tempo of class will kick up your heart rate as you transition through movement at a quicker pace. Be prepared to maintain deep muscle activation and proper alignment while connecting mind and body. You must have a strong understanding of intermediate level practices, knowledge of Pilates names and equipment set up.
