Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat with a twist! This Pilates Mat class is low impact but higher intensity than an traditional Mat class.  Moving to the music, we focus on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. We will target every muscle groups with an emphasis on challenging the core with each movement. Expect to sweat to great music, lengthen and sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements! End with a full body stretch and a calming mindfulness moment. All levels welcome!
*Grip socks recommended.
