IT'S TIME to get in shape like a fighter does before they step into that cage!
In this 60 minute class, you will take on the experience of a fighter's prep for a fight combining boxing, kickboxing, strength training, Metabolic Conditioning and HIIT!
This class will condition any level of athlete. Whether it's your first day in the game or you are training to get in the cage, this class will help you build a skill and gain that leaner, fitter, stronger, badder, and more confident fighter that's inside every body.
You may need Scraps & Wraps for this class, so come prepared with your gloves and for whatever the Koach has in store for you that day.
