This class rotates 3 Strength Training circuits every Tues/Thurs throughout the month...
Lower Body

Total Body
Each circuit will focus on the body part or group for that day. Your body will love the mix of Strength Training and occasional Metabolic Conditioning (METCON). This is a combination that will get ya strong and lean.  You'll leave the gym feeling confident that you sleighed the workout and jonesin for your next opportunity to FIGHT FIT!
