BOXING
LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE and move to some empowering music to get that W!
 
 
BOXING is an Interval-Training workout that focuses on authentic boxing technique, combinations and bodyweight exercises that will get you in top Fight Shape!
 
 
Scraps and Wraps are needed for this class!
We recommend teens/women use 14oz and men use 16oz gloves.
Wraps 180" or use quick wraps.
