This class is Koached by professional MMA Fighters. Drill with class members as you learn, develop and advance your MMA skill set. Your Koach will have you working rounds drilling offense, defense, technique, and more so you become a well rounded athlete of the sport.  

 

You'll go live and spar in this class, be prepared with the proper gear.
