Maui Powerhouse Gym is proud to be one of the locations in Kihei to host Carolina De Calisto's Zumba fitness class. This class is fun & easy to follow. 1hr of cardio with fun choreography to 70% Latin rhythms & 30% worldwide music .

Carolina is from Chile and brings the Latin flavor to the class.

All you need is 3-5 classes to learn the choreography. All levels and ages are welcome.

Bring a bottle of water, towel, and wear tennis shoes. Come ready to burn 500-1000 calories in 1hr. :)
