Pound 4 Pound" is a high-intensity, full-body training class that is built on the principles of German volume lifting.
This workout is not for the faint of heart, it's challenging and demanding, but also incredibly rewarding.
The class is led by Mosi Pollard, a certified personal trainer who will guide you through a non-stop, end-to-end workout that will push you to your limits.
You'll never stop moving, as the class incorporates plyometrics, weights, crunches, body resistance and more, to give you a full-body workout that will leave you feeling accomplished.
Accept the challenge, and push yourself to new heights, go POUND4POUND. This class is for those who want to take their fitness to the next level and are ready to be challenged to be their best selves.
The class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:15am, and is open to both beginners and experienced lifters.
