The Grind - Prime
Join Jen Murthi every Thursday morning at 9am as she challenges you to reach your goals, sweat and GRIND through the work on your bike.

The Grind is multi-dimensional class and suitable for ALL levels of rider with a mix of climbs, simple movements, runs, jogs, intervals, and sprints. This class includes a weights segment for strength training.
