TAG: Think and Grow (15- 25yo)
Be prepared to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and more in a high energy environment that will also be fun and competitive. This class is exclusively for members below the age of 25.
 
Embarking on a fitness journey as a teen or young adult can be an exciting and empowering experience. In order to help make this journey enjoyable and effective, we are offering "TAG-fit."
 
A group fitness class tailored specifically for teens and young adults. This class is perfect for individuals who are new to exercise or for those looking to level up their fitness routine. 

TAG is designed to INSPIRE, MOTIVATE, and GUIDE our young people toward a healthier and more active lifestyle. 
 
Our goal is to EDUCATE, SUPPORT, and CHALLENGE.
