STRENGTH TRAINING: Build & Believe
Join coach Nickole for Build & Believe, a 50-minute group fitness class that targets different muscle groups each session, using effective exercises to promote strength and leanness. Gain knowledge of proper form, muscle engagement, and gym-floor movements, eliminating the fear of learning unfamiliar exercises. No need to weight train alone when you can train with Nickole! Classes will target triceps, glutes, shoulders, quads, hamstrings and so much more.
