This modern Pilates fusion class is a blend of mat Pilates, strength training, low impact cardio, possibly a bit of Barre and some Yoga style stretching. In class you will be working to improve strength and flexibility to balance the entire body. Weights, balls, bands and the bar may be incorporated into this workout. Students learn to be aware of breath to movement and alignment all while engaging the deep muscles of the core. This class is for all levels - Own mat is recommended!
