MetCon 45 is a Six Week Metabolic Training Workshop For Men and Women. Choose either the Traditional MetCon 45 which meets 1 day per week; or MetCon 45 - Warrior which meets 2 days per week; or MetCon 45 - Beast program which meets 3 days per week. Registration Required - Sign up at the Front Desk.
