RESHAPE: Barefoot BOOTYcamp
"BOOTY"CAMP is 45 Minutes of lower body dominant workout focusing on GLUTES, QUADRICEPS, and HAMSTRINGS and a sprinkle of ABS, that is carried out BAREFOOT on a mat performed in a heated room using SPECIAL INFRARED HEAT.
This is a high energy class that consists of a warm-up followed by a killer sequence using Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, and Body Weight combined with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Tabata Training.
Expect a total BOOTY BURN that will give you the ULTIMATE burn and calorie torching experience all done in under one hour!!
