REP: LEGS + ABS
Focus on the areas of the body that we love to hate! Sculpt, tone and firm up your Legs and Glutes paired with INCLINE TRAINING on the TREADMILL! This love/hate day will set your legs on fire!!

A 50-minute class that includes cardio work on the treadmill mixed with strength training work on the floor. Spend several minutes focusing on either cardio on our extremely joint-friendly Woodway treadmills or strength exercises using your body weight, dumbbells, or med balls alongside aerobic steppers before switching. This manifests in manageable yet challenging rounds of both heart-pumping cardio AND toned physique building strength work. All fitness levels welcome as beginner, intermediate, and advanced cueing is served up in every class!
