REP: FULL BODY BLAST
Full body class format designed to improve strength and muscle definition. Incorporating dumb bells, mini bands, kettlebells and your own body weight. Explosive movements on the floor to challenge your muscles and aerobic endurance.
A 50-minute class that includes cardio work on the treadmill mixed with strength training work on the floor. Spend several minutes focusing on either cardio on our extremely joint-friendly Woodway treadmills or strength exercises using your body weight, dumbbells, or med balls alongside our FITBENCH before switching. This manifests in manageable yet challenging rounds of both heart-pumping cardio AND toned physique building strength work. All fitness levels welcome as beginner, intermediate, and advanced cueing is served up in every class!
