REP: ABS + ASS
“Baby Got Buns!” It’s all about hitting the glutes at every angle to include the Core and INCLINE TRAINING on the the TREADMILL.

A 50-minute class that includes cardio work on the treadmill mixed with strength training work on the floor. Spend several minutes focusing on either cardio on our extremely joint-friendly Woodway treadmills or strength exercises using your body weight, dumbbells, or med balls alongside aerobic steppers before switching. This manifests in manageable yet challenging rounds of both heart-pumping cardio AND toned physique building strength work. All fitness levels welcome as beginner, intermediate, and advanced cueing is served up in every class!
