REBEL: BACK + CORE
45 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with all the punching one can handle. Expect to burn serious calories in these badass classes that combine speed and power across countless punches and other drills that are woven into rounds focused on boxing and more. In addition, “BACK+CORE” designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles.
