REBEL: ASS + ABS
45 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with all the punching one can handle. Expect to burn serious calories in these badass classes that combine speed and power across countless punches and other drills that are woven into rounds focused on boxing and more. In addition, “Booty and ABS” class will specifically target the glutes and abdominal muscles to strengthen, tone, shed fat, and improve core stability.
