BAREFOOT BOOTCAMP ($10 Drop-In Fee For Non-Members)
45 Minutes of Full Body Workout that is carried out barefoot on a mat. This is a high energy class that consists of a warm-up followed by a killer sequence using Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, and Body Weight combined with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Tabata Training that will strengthen and tighten muscles done in a heated room using SPECIAL INFRARED heat. Expect a total body conditioning class that will give you the ULTIMATE burn and calorie torching experience all done in under one hour!!
