This is a LIVE STREAM option for those at home to enjoy our practice. Simply log into your email 15 minutes prior to your reserved class time and click on the link in the email to join. For best results use a laptop or computer versus phone. Turn your camera on in order to check in but you can feel free to turn it off afterwards or keep it on for some added love from our instructors.
