Cardio Barre
Cardio Barre is a fusion of a HIIT and Barre workout that is both appealing and approachable for all fitness levels and ages. This is a total body workout that uses small range motions to fatigue the muscles and active movement to elevate your heart rate. Props are used such as bands, tubing, balls, weights, glider discs, ballet barres, and core mats to enhance the experience.
