Yoga and Meditation ( 60 not heated)
This all-levels yoga and meditation class is where breath, movement and awareness meet. Expect each class to begin with breath(work) and body awareness and how they intersect. You'll move gently into a mindful flow that slows down just enough to deepen your understanding of alignment, transitions, and inner stillness. We'll move intentionally to create coherence of brain and heart-- exploring the architecture of postures with props, pausing to feel sensation, and weaving the attention inward. Each class will end in guided meditation and deep inner stillness and conscious presence.
