Beginner Yoga Series: A Grounded Path Into Practice

Saturdays | Sept 13, 20, 27 & Oct 11 | 12:00–1:15 PM
Investment: $175 (includes 30-day intro period)

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding of form and foundation, this four-class series offers a gentle, progressive entry point into the heart of the practice.

Together, we’ll explore the fundamentals of postural alignment, breath awareness, and the inner experience of meditation. Each 75-minute session will build upon the last, giving you time and space to feel supported as you grow. Classes are designed to be non-heated, with the possibility of subtle warmth added to enhance comfort.

This series is ideal for those new to the mat, as well as returning students who want to revisit the basics with fresh perspective. You’ll receive practical tools to support your personal practice—on and off the mat.

Your $175 registration includes:
• Four thoughtfully sequenced beginner classes
• Foundational guidance in alignment, breathwork, and meditation
• A 30-day unlimited intro period to explore additional classes at your own pace

While attending all four sessions is encouraged for the most cohesive experience, it’s not required.

Please note: There will be no class on October 4th. The final class meets October 11th.
Current members are welcome and will gain deeper skills within familiar surroundings.
