REV 'n' Yoga
Build strength, power, stamina, flexibility, and better posture in this one hour-long workout that’s split between cycle and yoga. You’ll start with 30 minutes of cycle—a high-intensity, metabolism-revving ride— followed by 30 minutes of yoga to calm your body, calm your mind, and rebalance your alignment after the ride.
