Increase your aerobic and fat-burning capacity in this alignment-based Balanced Athlete® class, which incorporates high intensity interval training (HIIT). Remain mindful as you focus on full-body strength training with bursts of intense cardio designed to get you in the best shape of your life. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. Heart rate monitor required (loaners available). Done Barefoot.
